ClearSpec is a specification management tool that uses AI to help teams create, refine, and maintain structured product specifications. The service is provided as-is during our early access period.
You own all specifications and content you create in ClearSpec. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You can export or delete your data at any time from the Settings page.
Specifications generated by ClearSpec's AI are tools to assist your work, not substitutes for professional judgment. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all generated content before use.
Do not use ClearSpec to generate specifications for illegal activities, to abuse rate limits, to reverse-engineer the service, or to store sensitive credentials or secrets in spec content.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms after providing notice when possible.
ClearSpec is currently in early access. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. We will notify users of planned maintenance and significant changes to the service.
Pricing may change when we launch paid plans. Early access users will receive advance notice of any pricing changes and will be grandfathered into early adopter rates as described on the Plans page.
ClearSpec is provided as-is without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or reliance on AI-generated content.
